About iGoVEGAS

How It Began

It was April of 2020, and like most of the world, I was working out of my garage with a little spare time on my hands. While my social feeds were filled with constant negativity and arguing about COVID, masks, and lockdowns, I wanted to create a community dedicated to one thing I know everybody loves… Las Vegas.

As a web developer by trade, the concept seemed easy enough. A couple of months of development, two or three months of content creation, and I would have it live by the end of the year. Needless to say, the concept continued to evolve, new ideas developed, and the timeline was more than a bit extended.

Fast forward to February 2022 and iGoVEGAS finally launched. With the help of my best friend and co-founder, Josh Snowbarger, we have somehow managed to enjoy the countless hours put into the website build. Our hope is that iGoVEGAS can replicate just a bit of the energy, excitement, and hospitality Las Vegas has to offer, even for those halfway around the world.
