MGM Signature

The Signature at MGM Grand is a hotel-condo built by MGM Mirage and Turnberry Associates on the location of MGM Grand's closed theme park. With all towers now fully completed it features 3 identical 38 story towers consisting of 576 fully furnished units in each tower for a total of 1728 units. Most of the condo units are privately owned, but a unit owner may chooses to use one of several "rental programs" or rent it out on their own. Renting directly from MGM you will normally pay the highest rates while renting directly from the owner will usually result in the lowest rates. Daily housekeeping is not included. This site lists 2 units available for rent directly from their owners. Both units are in Tower A which is the closest tower to the MGM Casino.

The Signature charges a $25 administration fee which is added to each booking but by booking direct you don't pay the $20 a night "resort fee."
